About The Position

Citron Hygiene is a service business specializing in hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection services for washrooms and common areas at commercial establishments and properties. The Hygiene Technician supports customer service by independently and collaboratively delivering and collecting sanitary disposal units and washroom products, and ensuring washrooms and facilities are serviced to an exemplary standard. The role reports directly to the Service Manager or their delegate and involves visiting customer sites, maintaining equipment, and responding to customer needs.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
Good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
High school degree or equivalent.
Good customer service skills.
Good attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the hygiene service industry.
Previous driving experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and replacing air-care cartridges and bin liners.
Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize receptacles, and dispose of waste.
Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
Ensure equipment at customer sites is functioning properly.
Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
Meet customer needs in the field and document special requests.
Enter all work activities into the smartphone device provided by the company.
Represent the Citron Hygiene brand as an ambassador.
Perform other duties as required.
