About The Position

The Hygiene Executive Committee aims to support local hygiene teams and provide exceptional comprehensive care within their regions. Committee members will report to the PCDM Operations Team, collaborating with upper management on strategic initiatives, field-level implementation, and auditing. This position is for a one-year term, renewable at the end of the term, and work will be conducted remotely without interrupting the current schedule.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time employee of the company for a minimum of six months and in good standing.
  • Advanced knowledge of dental hygiene and understanding of best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional comprehensive clinical care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum associate degree and successful completion of a recognized vocational program in dental hygiene.
  • State license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

  • Auditing charts to ensure comprehensive care has been provided by hygienists within the assigned region.
  • Summarizing auditing and coaching observations into a monthly report for Operations, detailing training efforts, successes, challenges, and solutions.
  • Meeting periodically with the executive leadership team to discuss key issues, identify areas for improvement, and help lead local teams.
  • Participating in the launch of new products/technology to hygienists across the organization (optional).

Benefits

  • Yearly stipend of $10,000 paid quarterly.
