About The Position

North American Dental Group is looking for a licensed, patient-focused hygienist with management and team leadership experience to support multiple offices in Central Ohio and Pittsburgh, PA. This role is for a dental hygienist with a like-minded career vision, to provide best-in-class patient care and lead their hygienists towards excellence. Requirements

Active registered dental hygiene license.
Lives in OH, PA, MI, IN, WV, NY or NJ.
Ability to travel and be in office 3-4 days per week.
Ability to do overnights when required.
Has management or leadership experience.
Minimum 3 years of dental hygiene experience.
Exhibit adaptability.
Ability to work with teams productively and amicably.
Strong communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Practice organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class patient care.
Lead hygienists towards excellence.
Support, develop, and reward hygienists.
Provide professional development opportunities.
Travel to and assess multiple practices to optimize patient care and hygiene practice.
Work with teams productively and amicably, establishing relationships while coaching and guiding team members in hygiene goals.
Display strong communication skills, discussing performance problems and identifying causes to resolve issues among practices.
Train and instruct team members.
Support office managers with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding when necessary.
Handle multiple tasks, special projects, and research when needed.
