About The Position

The Hydroform Operator programs, sets up, operates, and adjusts hydroforming and hydraulic equipment to meet production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals. The role monitors production and machine performance, makes process adjustments, interprets technical documentation, inspects products, and records production and quality information. It also involves troubleshooting equipment and process issues and communicating concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to accurately document production and quality data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic computer skills and experience with production reporting systems.
