About The Position

The Hydroform Operator programs, sets up, operates, and adjusts hydroform and hydraulic forming equipment to meet production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals. The role monitors machine performance, makes process adjustments, inspects parts and finished products, records production and quality information, and troubleshoots equipment and process issues. It requires the ability to interpret technical documentation and operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to accurately document production and quality data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic computer skills and experience with production reporting systems.
