About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hydraulic Technician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and components. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hydraulic Technician, Hydraulic Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Diesel Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic schematics.
- Experience with hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, and fittings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use common hand and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and rebuild hydraulic cylinders.
- Identify hydraulic system failures and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Repair and rebuild hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, and related components.
- Perform hydraulic system testing and pressure checks.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical documentation.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential hydraulic and mechanical issues.
- Use diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools safely and effectively.
- Complete repairs and maintenance efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service and repair documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
