About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hydraulic Technician to join our team. This role will focus on the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hydraulic pumps, motors, and related components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hydraulic assembly and a strong understanding of hydraulic systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet quality standards and perform reliably in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience assembling hydraulic pumps and motors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to inspect own work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with testing hydraulic units.
• Familiarity with different types of hydraulic pumps (gear, piston, vane).
• Technical or vocational training in hydraulics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic pumps, motors, and related components to specifications.
• Perform testing to verify performance, efficiency, and reliability of units.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes.
• Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Identify and report any issues or opportunities for process improvement.
