About The Position

This role leads hydraulic testing projects from planning through conclusion, working hands-on with a variety of hydraulic and fluid components and sub-systems across multiple machines and product groups. The position offers direct exposure to new technology in a casual, hands-on lab environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology and 5-7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience
Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
Data analysis.
Failure analysis.
Highly organized with a strong client focus.
Ability to work effectively with both engineers and shop personnel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Project management experience.

Hydraulics, testing, and design experience.

Responsibilities

Lead hydraulic testing projects from planning to conclusion.
Plan, set up, and execute component and system testing, and perform analysis to reach and report conclusions.
Collaborate closely with the lab manager, test lead, shop personnel, and internal clients throughout the testing process.
