About The Position
This role leads hydraulic testing projects from planning through conclusion, working hands-on with a variety of hydraulic and fluid components and sub-systems across multiple machines and product groups. The position offers direct exposure to new technology in a casual, hands-on lab environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology and 5-7 years of relevant experience is required OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience
- Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
- Data analysis.
- Failure analysis.
- Highly organized with a strong client focus.
- Ability to work effectively with both engineers and shop personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience.
Nice To Haves
- Hydraulics, testing, and design experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead hydraulic testing projects from planning to conclusion.
- Plan, set up, and execute component and system testing, and perform analysis to reach and report conclusions.
- Collaborate closely with the lab manager, test lead, shop personnel, and internal clients throughout the testing process.
