Requirements

Experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or strategic sourcing
Strong contract negotiation experience
Hands-on experience managing RFx processes
Ability to manage multiple sourcing engagements simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle or similar procurement/ERP systems
Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing engagements for IT vendors, including software and services
Develop and execute RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
Conduct competitive bidding and evaluate supplier proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for engagements typically exceeding $250K
Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies
Collaborate with legal, vendor management, and risk teams to ensure compliance
Support Category Leads on complex sourcing initiatives
Maintain sourcing activity within procurement systems (Oracle preferred)
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and efficiency
