About The Position

As a Vice President within MSCI’s Hybrid Infrastructure Program Management Office, you will be accountable for a portfolio of strategic infrastructure initiatives across hybrid cloud, data center modernization, and AI platform enablement, ensuring alignment to business priorities and delivery of measurable impact. You will establish governance, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes across a complex, global portfolio. Partnering with Engineering, Data, Security and AI teams, you will translate strategy into executable plans and drive coordinated delivery. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined performance and quality standards, while accelerating adoption of infrastructure and AI-driven capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, or platform programs within enterprise environments, preferably in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives such as hybrid cloud transformation, data center modernization, or AI/ML platform enablement
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud and infrastructure ecosystems (e.g., Azure, GCP, colocation) and their application to data and AI/ML workloads
  • Experience operating in regulated environments, with familiarity in data governance, security, compliance, and risk considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to establish program governance, manage budgets/financials, and provide executive-level reporting and decision support
  • Experience leveraging program and service management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow) to drive execution and visibility at scale
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations and translate technical initiatives into business impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required

  • Translate strategic infrastructure priorities into executable roadmaps across hybrid cloud, data center modernization, and AI platform enablement to guide aligned execution and measurable outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of these initiatives, ensuring execution to timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Establish and govern program frameworks, including planning, risk management, financial oversight, and executive reporting
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across a complex, global portfolio
  • Drive infrastructure outcomes that enable scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud and AI/ML workloads, and accelerate adoption through integration into operational workflows
  • Promote standards, best practices, and continuous improvement across program delivery
