About The Position

Autism 360 is hiring a Hybrid BCBA in the Charlotte market for clinicians who want strong compensation, clear expectations, and meaningful flexibility without losing connection to clients and teams. This role is designed for BCBAs who value in-person clinical impact but also want built-in flexibility for documentation, parent collaboration, treatment planning, and other non-billable responsibilities. This role offers a full-time structure with a clear split instead of vague “hybrid options.” The position provides an opportunity to work with one of North Carolina’s largest privately held autism services providers.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Ability to provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155
• Experience in supervision, treatment planning, program modifications, and clinical review
• Experience collaborating with caregivers and team members
• Proficiency in completing documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines
• Experience supporting RBT performance through coaching, feedback, and clinical guidance
• Knowledge of ethical and compliant service delivery consistent with payer and organizational expectations

Responsibilities
