About The Position

Autism 360 is hiring a Hybrid BCBA in the Charlotte market for clinicians who want strong compensation, clear expectations, and meaningful flexibility without losing connection to clients and teams. This role is designed for BCBAs who value in-person clinical impact but also want built-in flexibility for documentation, parent collaboration, treatment planning, and other non-billable responsibilities. This role offers 25 hours per week in person delivering billable 97155 services and 15 hours per week flexible, completed either remotely or in person based on business need and workflow. The salary range is $90,000–$100,000 annually. This is a full-time structure with a clear split instead of vague “hybrid options.” This is an opportunity to work with one of North Carolina’s largest privately held autism services providers.

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Ability to provide 25 weekly in-person billable hours under CPT 97155
• Ability to conduct supervision, treatment planning, program modifications, and clinical review
• Ability to collaborate with caregivers and team members
• Ability to complete documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines
• Ability to support RBT performance through coaching, feedback, and clinical guidance
• Ability to maintain ethical and compliant service delivery

Responsibilities
