About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person support, allowing for work from home or on the go while making a significant impact in the lives of children. The role involves supervising technicians who receive hands-on training in real-life sessions and are paid their full rate during training.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
• In good standing with the BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Ability to write reports.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Must submit a transcript showing a Master's degree.
• Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• Keep TB test up-to-date.
• Keep BLS training up-to-date.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supervising children on the spectrum.
• Familiarity with the 3 hours of supervision CEUs required each cycle.

Responsibilities
