About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and hands-on, in-person support, allowing for up to 60% remote supervision. Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree (transcript required).
• BACB Supervisor Training completion.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Ability to write a killer report.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.

• Supervisory experience with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to technicians in home settings.
• Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
• Manage a caseload of 110 billable standard clients.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
• Write reports and manage a team.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
• Maintain up-to-date TB test and BLS training.
