About The Position

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to provide supervision through a combination of remote work and in-person field visits. The role offers up to 60% remote supervision and involves supporting children and their teams while maintaining a manageable caseload. A dedicated scheduling team handles scheduling, and the role includes monthly team meetings, ongoing mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Applicants must hold a current BCBA certification; candidates without it will not be considered.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB; applicants without current certification will not be considered.
• Submit a transcript showing a master's degree and BCBA certification.
• Complete BACB Supervisor Training.
• Complete 3 hours of supervision continuing education units each cycle.
• Strong communication skills and report-writing ability.
• Ability to manage a team, meet deadlines, manage time, and work independently with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience supervising children on the autism spectrum is a plus.

Responsibilities
