About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person support, allowing for up to 60% remote supervision. Technicians receive hands-on training in home settings and are paid their full rate during training.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree (transcript required).
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• Up-to-date TB test.
• Up-to-date BLS training.

• Experience supervising kiddos on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to technicians in home settings.
• Conduct remote supervision sessions.
• Perform in-person field visits.
• Manage a caseload of 110 billable standard hours.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
• Write reports.
• Manage a team.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
