About The Position

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person support, allowing for up to 60% remote supervision. Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree (transcript required).
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
• Completion of 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively, working solo with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to technicians, with up to 60% of supervision being remote.
• Conduct in-person field visits.
• Manage a caseload of 110 billable standard hours.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for focused conversations and collaboration.
• Write reports.
• Manage a team.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
• Keep TB test and BLS training up-to-date.
