Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to cover shifts for colleagues who are on vacation or taking PTO.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
• Proactively engage customers without reservations to increase market share.
• Guide customers through the rental process with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Sell additional products to boost your earnings and contribute to your financial success.
• Demonstrate independence and responsibility, especially during periods of solo work.
• Cleaning cars and preparing them for the customers.
