About The Position

Consumer Sales Agent (Hybrid) Harrisburg, PA | Ritter Insurance Marketing Full‑time | Hybrid | Customer Service & Sales Ritter Insurance Marketing is hiring a Consumer Sales Agent to support clients with Medicare and individual health insurance needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast‑paced environment, and growing a long‑term career in the insurance industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma (associate degree preferred)
• Active PA health insurance license or ability to get one within 60 days
• Basic knowledge of health insurance terms and Medicare plans
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet performance goals and multitask

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
• Help clients compare and enroll in Medicare and health insurance plans
• Manage an existing book of business
• Complete enrollments, renewals, and policy updates
• Work referral leads provided to you
