About The Position

HVAC Warranty Technician needed ASAP in Frankfort / Louisville, KY!!! Full Time / Hourly + Incentives $$$ 65,000 to 120,000 + Spiffs - DOE At least 3 years’ experience in residential HVAC. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HVAC Service technician, Residential experience, with a focus on warranty-related service work preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years + in Residential HVAC service and installation experience.
  • Quality-focused HVAC Service expert with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, or varying weather conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and Boiler systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading technical manuals, plumbing schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Warranty-related service work preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed HVAC systems.
  • Repair or replace defective HVAC components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality, water efficiency, and code compliance.
  • Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, diagnostic findings, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, findings, and preventive maintenance recommendations.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and other team members to ensure timely completion of warranty-related service calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Adhere to all local HVAC codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Provide professional, high-quality customer service while representing the company in customers’ homes.
