About The Position

This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist while handling inventory and warehouse materials.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
  • Use handheld scanners, computers, and shipping equipment to complete warehouse tasks.
  • Maintain the ability to visually inspect products, read labels and documentation, and communicate effectively in a warehouse setting.
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
  • Work safely and efficiently in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and moderate to high noise levels.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience
  • Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.
  • Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
  • Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
