Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC equipment, logistics, or inventory control
- Strong ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot warehouse challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

Responsibilities
- Source, order, and track HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery for service and installation teams.
- Review job packets, installation plans, and service notes to determine all required materials, equipment, and special‑order items.
- Maintain efficient warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring timely receipt and distribution of materials.
- Coordinate and oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of inventory.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with service and installation teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency.
