About The Position

Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is hiring licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors at our New Britain campus. Use your hands-on experience to train the next generation, while enjoying a predictable schedule, long weekends, and long-term stability. This role offers a 4-day work week with 3-day weekends. No teaching experience is needed as training will be provided. The position involves teaching HVAC systems through hands-on lab and classroom training, sharing real-world experience with students, mentoring students toward certification and careers, and helping shape skilled technicians entering the workforce. Requirements

• S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
• Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience
• Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge
• Strong communication skills
