About The Position
MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical is hiring a Technician III for our Barton, Alabama location. In this role, you will maintain and repair building systems that include a wide range of HVAC equipment. Requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to emergency service needs.
- At least five years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems across multiple buildings.
- Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment and building systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair building systems that include a wide range of HVAC equipment.
- Respond to both emergency and planned service needs.
- Reduce operating costs and equipment downtime while improving productivity, service, and comfort.
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Perform planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
