About The Position
We are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians with 3+ years of experience to support our day-to-day needs for an industrial facility. This role requires EPA certification and a valid driver's license. We guarantee 40 hours a week with no seasonal layoffs. This position also comes with a company truck, a company-paid healthcare plan, and immediate paid vacation and holidays.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC service work.
- Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, package units, and split systems.
- Commitment to safe field service practices.
- Experience mentoring entry-level technicians.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day needs for an industrial facility.
- Perform HVAC service work.
