HVAC Technician
About The Position
As an HVAC Technician, you will work alongside our supportive facilities team to keep equipment running smoothly. This role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. You will also perform routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and boost energy efficiency, acting as a trusted HVAC Mechanic on site. Additionally, you will assist on site improvement projects to ensure safety, reliability, and indoor comfort for all building occupants. The ideal candidate will bring a helpful, professional, and can-do attitude to every interaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as an HVAC Technician, HVAC Maintenance Technician, or HVAC Mechanic
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- EPA Certification (Type I or II preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Pass a background check and drug screen
