About The Position
Regency Oaks is an upscale senior living community looking for a hospitality-focused HVAC Technician. This role will facilitate and provide support for HVAC needs within the community. The ideal candidate is organized, thorough, a proactive communicator, maintains confidentiality and professionalism, advocates for a positive work culture, and has experience in training and developing staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior living, hotel or similar work preferred.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and preventative service experience.
- EPA universal certification
- HVAC Certified
- Ability to use a ticketing system.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
- Demonstrate detail and accuracy
