Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude or some experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or a related trade is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced plumbing and HVAC technicians on residential service and installation jobs
- Learn industry best practices through hands-on training
- Use and maintain tools and equipment safely
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
