About The Position

At Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing, we've spent over 20 years building a reputation for excellence in the Boise Valley—and we're continuing to grow. We're looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Technician who is ready to turn their work ethic into a long-term career. You don't need years of experience, but you do need to be outgoing, confident, coachable, process-driven, and hungry to succeed. We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with homeowners, follows a proven process, takes feedback, and is motivated to improve every day. You will perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups, assist with HVAC diagnostics and repairs, learn how to properly troubleshoot heating and cooling systems, inspect equipment for safety, performance, and potential concerns, develop your understanding of electrical and mechanical HVAC components, learn how to communicate system findings and recommendations professionally, maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation, and deliver a professional customer experience.
