About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician Instructor to teach and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals in its successful program in Moorestown, New Jersey. The instructor will deliver theoretical and hands-on training in a well-equipped facility, following the accredited curriculum and preparing students for certification exams and careers in the HVAC industry. The role includes a four-day work week with three-day weekends. Requirements

At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.

Responsibilities

Teach HVAC Technologies following the accredited curriculum.
Conduct hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
