About The Position
The HVAC Technician III is a senior-level commercial HVAC technician responsible for performing advanced preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement support on commercial and mission-critical HVAC systems. This role requires strong independent diagnostic ability, sound judgment in the field, and the ability to support complex commercial environments with minimal supervision. This position supports commercial facilities across the DC / Northern Virginia market, including office buildings, institutional facilities, data centers, mission-critical environments, and hyperscale facilities where applicable.
