About The Position

A hands-on learning experience for individuals who have completed a classroom-based HVAC or related training program. This position combines limited classroom instruction focused on Company policies, procedures, and safety standards with structured on-the-job training to build foundational HVAC skills while supporting experienced technicians to maintain reliable and efficient HVAC systems.

Requirements

Completion of HVAC Level 1 Certificate (or equivalent technical training).
Basic working knowledge of HVAC fundamentals, including safety standards, basic refrigeration concepts, airflow principles, and mechanical systems.
EPA608 Certificate.
Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in residential or commercial HVAC maintenance and installation.
Maintenance experience (ie filter changing, coil cleaning, assisting journeymen)

Responsibilities

Performs basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting activities under supervision, including observing system operation and identifying abnormal conditions.
Assists HVAC Technicians with the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and testing of industrial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
Attend required classroom training sessions as necessary.
Perform work area and equipment safety inspections.
Perform other duties as required.
