Southern Air of Baton Rouge is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This role involves working alongside experienced installers, receiving hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, and assisting with all aspects of the installation process. Requirements
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Willing to learn.
- Experience with HVAC.
- Enjoy working with your hands.
- Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician.
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus.
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes.
- Mechanically Inclined.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Baton Rouge, La before starting work.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with HVAC installers.
- Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
