About The Position

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to maintain and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems supporting patient care and facility operations. This role is critical to environmental control, indoor air quality, and reliable performance across the healthcare system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of documented HVAC or AC mechanic experience required.
• Ability to work safely in heat, confined spaces, noisy settings, and around hazardous exposures.
• Must meet respirator, PPE, OSHA 30-hour construction, and security badge requirements.
• Resume submission is required for approval under the contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and checking overall system performance.
• Inspect HVAC systems for wear, efficiency, and operational issues.
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace faulty components such as motors, compressors, and thermostats.
• Monitor and adjust central air conditioning systems to support patient care areas.
• Help maintain indoor air quality through proper ventilation and humidity control.
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff and hospital departments to ensure seamless HVAC operations.
