Requirements

• Minimum 5-Years Commercial Experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Must be organized, punctual and dependable
• Self motivated and ability to work alone with little supervision
• Technical knowledge of equipment and ability to diagnose & troubleshoot systems
• Have a clean, neat and professional appearance; pride of workmanship in their work
• Flexible and willing to work overtime and occasional out of town work
• Must have DRIVER'S LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD
• Must PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
• Must be State Registered & EPA certified
• Must have own hand tools, drills, gauges, and some specialized equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Diagnosing and servicing split systems and package units
• Refrigeration, electric motors, heating units, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, low-temperature application, and controls knowledge.
• Troubleshooting controls and building automation.
• Working knowledge of electric controls, VVT, DDC, and programmable thermostat controls of HVAC equipment.
• Dispatching and/or scheduling technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and servicing split systems and package units
• Servicing refrigeration, electric motors, heating units, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, low-temperature application, and controls knowledge.
• Troubleshooting controls and building automation.
• Working knowledge of electric controls, VVT, DDC, and programmable thermostat controls of HVAC equipment.
• Dispatching and/or scheduling technicians.
• Start-up and installation of HVAC equipment up to 25-tons.
