HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs. As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems.
Requirements
- Experience in residential HVAC
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and office team

Responsibilities
- Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
- Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
- Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.
- Take on the hot attics and crawl spaces to get the job done.
- Take the time to explain things to the customer in a way they will understand.
