About The Position

Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric, based in Boulder, Colorado, has proudly served the community since 1982. We specialize in residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services. We are looking for dedicated full-time team members to join our growing company. The primary duties of an HVAC Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. This includes troubleshooting various residential systems (especially boilers), diagnosing repair options, and conducting safety and performance tests. Technicians will also check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service, which includes collecting payments, providing detailed information about home situations, maintaining truck inventory, and communicating with homeowners about system status post-service. The role is dispatched directly from home with a work vehicle included.

Requirements

• Knowledge of boilers
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Valid driver's license
• Maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot various residential systems, especially boilers.
