Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity
- Communicate clearly with customers about system condition and recommended solutions
- Perform system replacements and assist with installations when needed
- Maintain proper documentation using ServiceTitan software
- Ensure company vehicles remain clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers with urgent needs
