Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of residential and/or light commercial systems
- Professional, confident communication with homeowners
- Experience using ServiceTitan
- EPA Certified
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and confidently
- Maintain detailed documentation in ServiceTitan
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
