About The Position

ProSkill Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their work and are passionate about customer service. This role requires you to be able to commute to our office in Anthem, AZ. We are looking for individuals who are tired of working hard while others are skating by and are looking to take their career and earning potential to the next level. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA certification
• Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
• Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship
• NATE certification
• Master Heat Pump Technician certification
• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times.
• Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers, respond to on demand service calls for down HVAC systems.
• Maintain your service van stock according to company SOP, ensuring that you are properly stocked for your day to day operation.
• Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
