HVAC Service Technician

Requirements
- At least five (5) years of proven experience as a residential HVAC Technician.
- An EPA certification is required.
- Advance knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot.
- Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
Responsibilities
- Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment.
- Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
- Recommend and sell additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by understanding and exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in any paid training Tony’s determines relevant to your HVAC technician role. These trainings may or may not be during normal work hours.
