About The Position

Keefe’s A/C, Heating, Electrical, Generator, and Plumbing is growing and seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants to stop worrying about seasonal ups and downs and desires year-round stability. As an HVAC technician, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, educate customers on available options, and deliver an extraordinary customer experience. This role offers consistent business generation through local support, marketing, and a dedicated team, ensuring full-time work all year long.

Requirements

• Years of HVAC Service experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and qualify to be covered by company auto insurance.
• EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems and offer solutions.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Keep truck clean and inventory up to date.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, manager, and coordinators.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Be punctual for first calls and weekly service meetings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
