Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months in HVAC service with the ability to run maintenance calls solo.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background and drug screens.
• EPA Certification (or the drive to obtain it quickly).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Readiness to meet performance goals and develop skills in soldering, troubleshooting, and more.

Nice To Haves

• Desire to learn high-level diagnostic skills.
• Enjoy educating customers on system health and solutions.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to hit NATE certifications and sales metrics.
• Radically honest and takes pride in comprehensive checks.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to provide high-quality maintenance on residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform comprehensive system checks and filter changes that meet the "Edelman Standard."
• Inform customers about their system’s health and the value of maintenance agreements and enhancements.
• Track progress with dispatch, complete service forms, and work toward career advancement goals.
• Keep the company vehicle safe and tools sharp, representing the brand professionally.
