Requirements
- 1+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass background & drug screening
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales/upselling experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair HVAC systems in residential homes
- Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, A/C units, and more
- Communicate solutions clearly with homeowners & recommend upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency
- Deliver legendary customer service every call, every time
- Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of techs
