Commercial Express HVAC is hiring full-time Entry Level HVAC Service Technicians throughout Virginia and Maryland. Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
EPA Certification
Valid Driver's License
Motivated technicians who want to grow their skills, work with a strong team, and build a long-term career in commercial HVAC
HVAC experience, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failures
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and system issues
Service and maintain equipment including chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers, and controls
Collaborate with experienced technicians to continuously improve skills
Accurately document service work and system conditions
Ensure work directly impacts customer satisfaction, system reliability, and operational performance.
