About The Position
Commercial Express HVAC is seeking full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technicians across Virginia and Maryland. This role involves working on complex commercial HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and system issues, servicing and maintaining equipment such as chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers, and controls, and performing preventative maintenance. Technicians will collaborate with experienced professionals, document service work, and contribute to customer satisfaction and system reliability. Requirements
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong commercial HVAC experience
- Solid work ethic

- Motivated technicians with 2–3 years of hands-on experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and system issues
- Service and maintain equipment including chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers, and controls

- Accurately document service work and system conditions
