This role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, presenting recommendations for new equipment, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Requirements

• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• 1 year of HVAC Service experience (Required)
• Ability to commute/relocate to Lafayette, LA (Required)

Nice To Haves

• 1-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Type II certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50 lbs
