Requirements

EPA Universal Certification (required)
2+ years of residential HVAC experience
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including tight spaces and varying temperatures
