About The Position
Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville is seeking a reliable and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician with at least 3 years of residential experience. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems for homeowners in Hendersonville and the surrounding Nashville suburbs. The company ensures a full schedule, allowing technicians to focus on their work, with a Customer Service Representative team handling bookings and follow-ups. Technicians are expected to perform tune-ups, preventative maintenance, and clearly communicate findings and options to homeowners, representing the Mr. Handyman brand with professionalism.
Requirements
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license, clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and good customer communication
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/R license or ability to obtain preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers)
- Perform tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners
